- Compact and meticulously considered, the MET Manta has been refined in the Tube to minimise drag for real-world riding. Its NACA vent and internal channeling manage airflow without disturbing the helmet’s low-drag silhouette, making it aerodynamic enough for competition while remaining practical for everyday road riding.
- An in-mould polycarbonate shell bonded to EPS delivers lightweight structural integrity with extended coverage. Mips® is seamlessly integrated to reduce rotational forces while maintaining a precise, race-ready fit.
- Designed for decisive racing and sustained speed, when commitment is total and the dream state becomes real.
FEATURES
- Aerodynamics: The Manta Mips is more aerodynamic that its predecessor thanks to its lower and tube-shaped profile at the rear, which we developed with specific wind-tunnel testing in the NEWTON laboratory of Milan.
- Ventilation: We’ve engineered the internal shape to channel the air and MET’s signature NACA Vent works in synergy with the specially positioned exhaust ensuring a constant airflow through the helmet, without catching the wind and creating drag.
- Safety: The MET Manta integrates the Mips® safety system — a low-friction layer designed to help reduce rotational forces during angled impacts. It’s backed by our in-house crash-testing facility, continuous R&D, and strict quality-control testing on every single production batch to ensure our helmets meet the highest safety standards.
